Job summary

CVS Health's Supply Chain seeks a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee an enterprise-wide WMS rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will own end-to-end WMS initiatives, ensuring readiness, integration, and operational preparedness.

You will drive governance, change management, and comprehensive training, build post go-live support, and collaborate across IT, PMO, inventory, and DC operations to maximize system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale WMS deployments across multiple sites.
• Experience with enterprise-wide system rollouts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to objectives and timelines.
• Lead governance forums; establish decision-making frameworks and escalation paths.
• Oversee Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Change Management, Deployment, and Post Go-Live activities.
