Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to drive the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will oversee system readiness, integrations, and organizational readiness, ensuring standardized processes and governance.

This role partners with IT, PMO, inventory teams and DC ops to maximize system performance. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, risk mitigation, and change management while guiding a large-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience leading Manhattan WMS implementations, upgrades, or enterprise-wide deployments.
Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to corporate objectives and timelines.
Chair central governance forums; establish decision-making frameworks, risk thresholds, and escalation paths.
Lead execution across all phases: Design, Configuration, Testing, Training & Change Management, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Hypercare.
Own cutover and stage gate decisions in partnership with executive sponsors, site leadership and PMO.
Define and maintain design standards and operational principles for all sites.
Capture and disseminate lessons learned and reusable assets.
