CVS Health in New York, NY is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will own end-to-end initiatives, ensuring readiness, integration, and operational preparedness.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep WMS and warehouse process expertise, and ability to manage large-scale technology implementations while driving stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of WMS platforms and warehouse processes.
• Experience with large-scale technology implementations.
• Expertise in planning, readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to objectives.
• Chair governance forums with decision-making and risk thresholds.
• Lead Design, Configuration, Testing, Training & Change Management.
• Oversee cutover decisions with sponsors, site leadership and PMO.
• Maintain design standards and standardized SOPs across sites.
• Capture lessons learned and reusable assets for future rollouts.
• Educate DC leaders on WMS implications and drive adoption.
• Coordinate with IT, Engineering, Training and Finance for cohesion.
• Monitor WMS health metrics and drive continuous improvements.
