Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System initiatives across multiple distribution centers. You will drive standardization, governance, and change management to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

This role requires deep WMS expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage large technology implementations while coordinating IT, supply chain, PMO, and DC operations teams. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS platforms, especially Manhattan WMS.
• Experience with large-scale technology implementations and rollout governance.
• Excellent collaboration and written/verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to corporate objectives.
• Chair central governance forums and establish decision-making frameworks.
• Lead Design, Configuration, Testing, Training & Change Management, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Hypercare.
