Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollouts across multiple distribution centers. You will drive design standards, readiness, governance, and training, ensuring successful deployments and post go-live support with cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands strategic leadership, deep WMS expertise, and the ability to manage large technology implementations while driving stakeholder engagement and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong leadership across multiple sites and functions.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS platforms.
• Ability to manage program budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to objectives and timelines.
• Chair central governance forums and establish decision frameworks.
• Lead Design, Configuration, Testing, Training & Change Management, Deployment and Hypercare.
• Define and maintain design standards and SOPs across sites.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness metrics.
• Direct site readiness, mock runs, pilots and phased deployments.
• Monitor WMS health metrics and drive improvements.
• Transition sites to steady-state support with playbooks.
