Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to steer the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across several distribution centers. You will own the end-to-end WMS initiatives, ensuring readiness, integration, and adoption with strong governance and post go-live support.

You will drive standardization, lead change management, and build training programs while collaborating with IT, PMO, inventory, and operations teams to maximize system performance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across sites and teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for execution.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to objectives.
• Chair governance forums, establish decision-making and risk thresholds.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment phases.
• Define cutover criteria and oversee stage-gate decisions with sponsors.
• Standardize design standards and SOPs across sites to reduce variability.
• Capture lessons learned and reusable assets for future deployments.
• Monitor WMS health metrics and drive corrective actions.
