Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. seeks a System Specialist – WMS Superuser for our Lancaster site on Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy. The role focuses on efficient data transmission, storage, and analysis using WMS, databases, and networks. You will install, maintain, and support computer systems and supervise RF/WMS equipment.

The position requires 2+ years of related experience, a computer-related degree, and strong BI understanding. On-call may be required to resolve critical issues.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year degree in a computer-related field or a two-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related/relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• End-to-end BI understanding and components needed to run a BI environment.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support for the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
• Engage appropriate resources when complex issues arise outside WMS-Red Prairie and/or SAP.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement, maintain, and improve internal systems.
• Maintain system efficiency across computers, network, and software.
• Test changes, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to IT and operations.
