Qualifications

• Four-year degree or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• End-to-end understanding of business intelligence and data analysis for system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary IT systems support for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for service requests by location.
• Coordinates with IT to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Maintains site computer systems, networks, and related software.
• Produces regular daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensures SOPs are current.
