Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Dallas seeks a System Specialist, WMS Superuser to manage and support the WMS/Red Prairie environment, install, maintain, and update systems, and ensure reliable data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 3–5 preferred.
• Experience with BI/reporting and client/server environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary support for client systems and user community.
• Maintains tracking tools for support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborates with IT and operations to implement and improve systems.
• Ensures system and data integrity and regular reporting.
• Trains associates on SOPs, WMS, and RF guns.
