Job summary

DSV seeks a WMS Super User at the Lancaster, USA location to manage efficient information transmission, data storage and system updates. You will install, maintain and support the site’s computer systems, coordinate with IT, and generate routine performance reports to drive improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in related IT support, familiarity with Red Prairie/WMS, and ability to work night shifts. This is a full-time position with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience is basic requirement
• Minimum of 2 years of job related/relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• End to end understanding of BI components and data handling is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests
• Engages expert resources when complex issues arise outside WMS-Red Prairie and SAP
• Liaises with project teams to implement, maintain and improve internal systems
• Ensure site computer system and assets operate reliably
• Produce regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
