Job summary

DSV seeks a System Specialist, WMS Superuser in Dallas to manage the efficient transmission and storage of information across networks and databases. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and supporting the facilities computer systems, updating systems, and generating regular performance reports.

You may be on call outside normal hours to resolve system issues; collaboration with IT and operations is essential to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience as basic requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years of job related/relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients; BI environment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
• Engages appropriate expert resources for complex issues beyond WMS‑Red Prairie or SAP.
• Collaborates with project teams to implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems.
• Maintains system efficiency and ensures all components work together.
• Produces regular reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Trains associates on updated SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, and RF guns.
