The role emphasizes integration of Sterling WMS components, data flow to enterprise applications, and applying modern software development methodologies to deliver new business capabilities.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong Java/JSP/XML/SQL skills, and a track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions while collaborating

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Java/J2EE and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and mentorship within a team of software engineers.
• Integrate Sterling WMS components and ensure data flow to ERP systems.
• Analyze issues and perform root cause analyses across inbound/outbound workflows.
• Develop and test applications using MQ, ESQL, Java, XML, and web services.
• Follow SDLC standards and provide customer-facing technical guidance.
