FedEx Supply Chain seeks an Advisor, Software Developer -- IIB to lead integration projects and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced IT Development group. The role emphasizes warehouse-system integration (Sterling WMS), complex troubleshooting, and managing SDLC activities across diverse technologies.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, strong Java/JSP/XML/HTML/JavaScript, and deep knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL and MQ-based integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design, code, test, and deploy software.
• Strong Java/JSP/XML/HTML/JavaScript and Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Experience with integration technologies (MQ, ESB).

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and support of Sterling WMS components across warehouse and enterprise systems.
• Analyze issues in inbound/outbound/inventory workflows; perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop, test, and document software using MQ, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Java, and REST/SOAP.
• Design interfaces and data files; develop reports with SQL/PLSQL.
• Provide after-hours support and mentor junior developers.
