Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Java (1.4+), JSP, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
• Databases: Oracle 9+, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and procedures.
• Documentation: write reports, manuals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers in a team environment.
• Integrate, configure, and support Sterling WMS components and related applications.
• Analyze issues across inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows; perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop, test, and document software using MQ, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Java, and SOAP/REST services.
• Follow SDLC standards and provide consultation on complex projects.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using PL/SQL.
