Job summary

CCI- Computer Consultants International, Inc. seeks a State Training Manager in Madison, WI to lead training development for the Child Support Modernization Project.

You will coordinate meetings with project teams and end users, review training materials, and report progress to the Organizational Change Manager and DDI teams. Hybrid work in Madison; WI residency required or relocation within 30 days; CST hours 9:00–15:00.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in organizational change, implementation and training.
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• Strong ability to initiate and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work during CST business hours 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and resources for the Child Support Modernization Project.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users.
• Provide updates to the Organizational Change Manager and DDI Training teams.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials and manuals produced by the DDI Training team.
• Track training progress and report status to stakeholders.
