Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Training) to support the Child Support Modernization Project by overseeing training progress, managing day-to-day activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Wisconsin residency is required; remote work is 90-100% with possible onsite if needed. The Training Manager will develop training materials, review content, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program desired.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin’s Child Support Program desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, modules, and user manuals for the new system.
• Review and provide feedback on training content and information needed for staff use.
• Coordinate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for training.
• Provide regular status updates to the Organizational Change Manager, PM, and Training team.
