Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a Training Manager to oversee the development of training and resource materials for the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and related materials.

You will coordinate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for training and ensure communications among implementation, training teams, end users and partners are completed.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in large-scale organizational change, implementation and training.
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin's Child Support Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
• Work with Implementation and Organizational Change Managers to ensure communications are completed and all training tasks are informed to project teams, end users and partners.

Our client is looking for a Training Manager to confirm development of necessary training and resource materials. Candidate will review and provide feedback on developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and other material deemed necessary.

• Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
• Implementation Manager and Organizational Change Manager and the Implementation and Training Managers to ensure communications have been completed, and the project teams, end users and partners are informed of all planned training tasks.

• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholder
