Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a Training Manager to confirm the development of training and resource materials for a new system. You will review materials, provide feedback, and ensure staff have the necessary training modules and user manuals.

The role involves coordinating meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for training, and working with Implementation and Change Managers to ensure all training communications are delivered to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 11+ years in large-scale change, implementation and training.
• Experience creating training and communication plans.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin’s Child Support Program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for training.

NOTE: WI residency required. Must be WI resident or willing to relocate at own expense. Position is mostly remote, but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required. We can accept H1b, H4, TN and other valid work visas for IT. However we cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time.

Description:

Our client is looking for a Training Manager to confirm development of necessary training and resource materials. Candidate will review and provide feedback on developed training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system, including training modules, user manuals, and other material deemed necessary.

Tasks:

• Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
• Implementation Manager and Organizational Change Manager and the Implementation and Training Managers to ensure communications have been completed, and the project teams, end users and partners are informed of all planned training tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholder

Skills Required

11+ years of experience in the following:

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans
• Experience with stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program
