Job summary

Sundial Software is seeking a Project Manager II (Training PM) for the State of Wisconsin DCF to oversee training initiatives for the Child Support Modernization Project. The role requires Wisconsin residency and CST business hours 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, with 90-100% remote work and occasional onsite as needed.

Candidates should bring 11+ years of experience in large-scale organizational change, training planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale organizational change, implementation and training efforts.
• Experience developing and implementing project training and communication plans.
• High level of skill in initiating and maintaining strong, collaborative interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Federal Child Support Program desired.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin’s Child Support Program desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users to prepare for and facilitate training.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials and information needed for staff to use the new system.
• Work with the State Implementation Manager and Organizational Change Manager to ensure communications are completed and staff are informed of planned training tasks.
