Job summary

Hot Spot Cell in Bay Shore is seeking a Store Manager to run daily operations, coach the team, and drive sales at our wireless retail location.

You will hire and train staff, mentor performance, manage customer issues, analyze metrics, and ensure a high-energy, customer‑focused environment. Flexible weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience, wireless preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
