Job summary

Hot Spot Cell in Franklin Square, NY is seeking a Store Manager to run daily operations, coach a sales team, and drive performance in our wireless retail store. You will lead store initiatives, ensure excellent customer service, and create an energetic environment for both customers and staff.

In this hands-on role you will hire, train, and motivate employees, manage performance, and work toward monthly goals while maintaining a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred).
