Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead a crew in wireless tower construction projects, including new builds, collocations, modifications, and equipment upgrades. The role requires climbing 100+ feet and ensuring safety and quality.

You will coordinate with customers, manage site paperwork, and train crew members. Willingness to travel and work weekends/nights is needed; DOT logs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to climb towers 100+ feet tall with a 50 lb. load.
• Valid Driver’s License and required certifications.
• Willing to travel and work weekends/nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site construction work efforts.
• Oversee operations at assigned sites.
• Ensure safety and quality control at sites and with crew.
• Maintain site paperwork and closeout documentation.
