Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead a crew on wireless tower construction projects, including new builds, collocations, modifications and equipment upgrades. Verizon Mods and NSD experience a plus. This on-site role emphasizes safety and quality on challenging sites.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with customers, manage paperwork and ensure crews work safely in adverse conditions. Travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain required certifications.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the daily site construction work efforts.
• Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites.
• Experience with and the ability to climb towers 100+ feet tall, with a 50 lb. load.
• Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew.
• Ensure safety and quality control requirements at your sites and with your crew.
• Coordinate with customer representatives for site related activities and maintain a good working relationship.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train / promote learning to all crew members.
• Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, and be willing to travel extensively.
