Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead wireless tower projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The Foreman will mentor Tower Technicians and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.

Requires 5+ years in wireless, 2+ years as Foreman, OSHA30 preferred, valid license, and HS diploma. Travel nationwide; strong safety culture; excellent communication and leadership expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always adhered to using proper procedures and daily toolbox talks.
• Lead day-to-day performance, safety, production, and quality on tower projects.
• Review BOMs and verify materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Foremen per CAM.
