Job summary

KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Tower Forman to lead a crew on wireless tower construction projects, including new builds, collocations, modifications, and upgrades. Experience with Verizon Mods and NSD is a plus.

The role requires climbing towers, managing safety, and coordinating with clients at sites across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, field paperwork discipline, and the ability to train team members while ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.
Ability to maintain required certifications for field work.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the daily site construction work efforts.
Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites.
Climb towers 100+ feet tall with a 50 lb load.
Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew.
Ensure safety and quality control requirements at your sites and with your crew.
Coordinate with customer representatives for site related activities.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to crew members.
Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
Willing to travel extensively and work weekends/nights when needed.
