Job summary

InfraServices LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee wireless cell tower site activities. You will lead the crew, ensure safety, quality, and schedules while coordinating installation of foundations, grounding, conduit, fiber, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include preparing build docs, managing materials, reviewing plans, and completing on-site closeout tasks. Travel up to 75% may be required; a valid driver’s license and OSHA/CPR certifications are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six to eight years wireless telecom experience.
• Two to four years supervisory experience.
• Must have OSHA Construction 10-hour Safety Training Card, First Aid and CPR certification, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness certification.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction on wireless cell tower sites, including site layout, foundation, grounding, conduit and fiber, electrical installations.
• Lead crew from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare build documentation, assemble materials, and determine installation methods.
• Manage on-site inventory and refresh project supplies as needed.
• Sweep and PIM test coax lines and fiber per customer specifications.
• Submit on-site closeout documentation per timelines.
• Identify areas for staff training and make recommendations to management.
• Maintain tool inventory and daily upkeep on site.
• Ensure completion of required company documentation.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
