Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED, or minimum of 2 years with a Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
Read, write, and communicate fluently in English and establish strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee wireless tower construction activities, including new builds, collocations, antenna/RRU swaps, and structural modifications.
Manage tower crews and subcontractor partners day-to-day, including staffing, productivity, safety compliance, and quality of work across multiple sites.
Coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and RF teams to ensure construction aligns with CDs and RFDS.
Serve as the primary field point of contact for carriers, GCs, and tower owners on assigned sites.
Track job costs against budget across sites and report status to leadership.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI/TIA-222, NATE, and carrier safety standards, including fall protection and RF safety.
