Job summary

KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead a crew on wireless tower construction projects, including new builds, collocations, modifications, and upgrades. Verizon Mods and NSD experience are a plus.

The role requires climbing to 100+ feet, managing site operations, and training crew members while ensuring safety and quality. We offer a competitive compensation package and a culture of employee-owners, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily site construction work efforts.
• Oversee daily operations at assigned sites.
• Climb towers 100+ feet tall with a 50 lb load.
• Crouch, kneel, and twist as needed during work.
• Maintain daily paperwork and closeout documentation for sites.
• Ensure safety and quality control at sites and with the crew.
• Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain relations.
• Train and develop crew members; keep equipment and vehicles operational.
• Travel as required and be willing to work weekends/nights.
