Job summary

Amory Construction is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on wireless tower projects in Kansas City. You will drive safety, production, and quality while performing hands-on installation and maintenance of coax, fiber, antennas, radios, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wireless, 2+ years in a leadership role, and a commitment to zero incidents. Strong communication and the ability to manage field crews in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
2+ years in a Tower Foreman or similar leadership role.
OSHA 30 (Construction) preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Lead field crews and enforce safety protocols, including 100% tie-off and toolbox talks.
Collaborate with Project Managers to meet schedules and budget goals.
Review BOMs for accuracy and completeness.
Perform hands-on installation of coax, fiber, antennas, radios, and microwave dishes.
Climb to heights over 100 feet and conduct rescue operations; carry up to 50 lbs.
Oversee PIM, sweep, fiber and antenna alignment testing.
Track crew time and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain tools and equipment; ensure proper use.
Interpret drawings and RFDS/port diagrams; prepare closeout packages.
Provide daily updates to customers and mentor Tower Technicians and junior Foremen.
