Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Foreman to lead construction progress, oversee crew safety and quality, and keep supervisors informed with on-site updates.

The role requires 3–5 years in wireless telecommunications and 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Candidates must be able to climb tall structures, travel weekends, pass a background check and drug screening, and hold a valid driver’s license. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Background check and drug screening required.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
  • Willingness to travel weekends and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the crew from project start to completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Climb and work on towers; install, replace, and repair antenna equipment.
  • Direct installation and maintenance of wireless radio and antenna systems on towers and rooftops.
  • Prepare build plans, assemble materials, and determine installation methods.
  • Supervise on-site inventory and materials; perform tower inspections and audits.
  • Submit daily on-site progress reports and notify of delays or missing materials.
