Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand in-store, assist customers, and drive sales. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent service and meeting revenue goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, handle activations and billing inquiries, and collaborate with management to maintain store standards. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service at Wireless Vision stores.
• Aim to exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring and growing customer accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with store operations in line with Wireless Vision policies.
• Accurate paperwork and transactions per company procedures.
