Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, greet customers, assess needs, and work with the team to meet personal and company goals.

You’ll drive sales, participate in marketing activities, and handle routine store operations while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Bilingual skills are a plus and physical tasks include standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers entering the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all store functions in compliance with Wireless Vision policies.
• Open/close the store, manage cash handling, inventory, and deposits per operations standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to policies.
• Share customer feedback with management.
• Maintain store appearance and back room cleanliness.
