Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to store goals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling activations and payments, and maintaining a professional store environment. Previous retail experience and flexibility to work varied hours are preferred, with opportunities for development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual preferred in some locations.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their wireless needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring and growing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts and outreach programs.
• Assist with store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and organize back room and restrooms.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, and plan changes.
