Job summary

Wireless Vision in Palm Springs, FL is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and assist customers with wireless needs in a fast-paced store.

The role emphasizes customer service, meeting monthly revenue goals, and teamwork with store staff. The position requires flexible scheduling, standing for long periods, and a high school diploma; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Good scheduling flexibility and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store, including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Share customer experience with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance and back room, restrooms and work area.
• Assist customers with service activations, billing and upgrades.
• Engage in service selling and provide total technology solutions.
