Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our store team in Winters, TX. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, assist customers with activations, plans, and devices, and work with management to meet sales goals.

You will provide outstanding customer service, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment while contributing to team success and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications.
• Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Open/close the store and maintain appearance and back room areas.
• Process activations, bill payments, and plan changes for customers.
• Share customer experiences with the team and management.
• Support in other tasks as assigned by management.
