Job summary

Wireless Vision in Pittsburg, KS is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs.

You will work with store teams to achieve personal and store goals, handle activations, billing and upgrades, and maintain store appearance. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and upselling.
• Assist with service activations, changes and bill payments.
• Build customers confidence by making their experience comfortable.
• Share customer experience with Management.
