Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive customer satisfaction and sales in a fast-paced store. You will greet customers, assess their needs, activate services, process payments, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.

You will represent the T-Mobile brand, handle cash, maintain store appearance, and participate in local marketing efforts to attract new customers while delivering a total technology solution.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to Wireless Vision store visitors.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and store operations per policy.
• Open/close the retail facility and maintain appearance and back room.
• Assist with service activations, bill payments, upgrades and payments.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones and assess their needs.

• Support cash handling and deposits in accordance with procedures.
