Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in Wilson, NC, helping them explore network options, services, and devices. You will use digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plans, and you will participate in all stages of the shopper journey.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. It offers hourly pay, training pay, full benefits, and stock grants for eligible employees, with opportunities for growth inside a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
