Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions through strong customer service and sales.
• Use digital tools to explain network coverage and plan features.
• Complete training to learn retail processes and wireless tech.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
