Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting, building product knowledge and guiding service-plan solutions. You’ll learn to use digital tools, support colleagues across channels, and drive customer satisfaction through effective problem solving.

Base pay is $19.50 per hour with $5 training pay, and an annual incentive target of $18,000 for full-time status. All employees receive benefits and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
