Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to assist customers in-store, demonstrate devices and service plans, and guide them through the shopping journey. You will learn retail processes, use digital tools, and build knowledge of network coverage and product features.

The role offers competitive base pay at $18 per hour with training pay, growth through an annual stock grant and a path to higher roles. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
