Job summary

OSL Retail Services seeks a Wireless Manager to lead a key wireless kiosk location. You will direct daily operations, mentor a team of sales associates, and drive profitability through expert product knowledge and superior customer service.

You will report to the District Manager, manage schedules, training, and performance, and continually optimize sales and service delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Excellent customer service with proactive approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates; manage scheduling and performance.
• Drive sales targets through motivating the team and implementing effective strategies.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and keep the team informed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking and display.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and operations.
• Forecast sales, analyze trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure policy adherence and manage department budget.
