OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a wireless department, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service at a fast-paced kiosk environment. You will mentor a sales team, manage schedules, train staff, and implement effective sales strategies while maintaining product knowledge and inventory control.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will forecast sales, analyze trends, coordinate promotions, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualificações

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective leadership.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
• Drive sales targets and performance goals through motivating the team and strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services and ensure the team stays informed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed per standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Forecast sales and adapt strategies to market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and budget management.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and report results to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
