Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Wireless Sales Manager to lead a busy wireless kiosk team, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance across the location. You will report to the District Manager and mentor a roster of sales associates in a high-energy retail environment.

The role requires wireless or electronics retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to grow profitability through coaching, promotions, and stellar service.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective leadership.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and retail metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and train a team of sales associates, including scheduling and reviews.
• Drive sales targets and performance through coaching and strategy.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team stays informed.
• Monitor inventory and display according to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings on targets, promotions, and changes.
• Analyze sales, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and budget constraints.
• Keep the selling area clean and organized, report results to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
