OSL is seeking a Wireless Manager to lead a kiosk-based wireless department in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage a team of sales associates, drive targets, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate with marketing on promotions.

You will report to the District Manager and play a key role in optimizing operations, controlling budgets, and delivering profitability through expert product knowledge and leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and customer interactions.
• Customer service focused with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching and HR practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations for smooth service.
• Supervise and train a sales team, schedule and evaluate performance.
• Drive sales targets and revenue with effective strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure team stays informed.
