Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Springdale, AR to lead a fast-paced T-Mobile premium retailer, driving store performance and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on people leadership, sales objectives, and daily operations across the sales floor.

You will manage staffing, coaching, and performance while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail or similar environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs to provide world-class service.
• Oversee store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing customer relationships.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to meet sales goals and standards.
• Ensure cash, credit, and other payments are handled securely and accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with company policies.
