Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead our T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will oversee daily store operations, staff performance, and customer experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include driving monthly revenue through new and existing accounts, coaching staff, managing inventory, and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires at least 2 years in wireless retail and availability for extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Full-time role with a minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service in-store, greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Oversees full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones, meeting metrics.
• Leads by example to exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Hires, develops, and manages a high-performing team; ensures policy compliance.
