Job summary

TCC Wireless in Maricopa, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive revenue. You will supervise staff, deliver world-class service, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance while representing the T-Mobile brand on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, wireless retail experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coach a high-performing team, hit monthly targets, and build lasting customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (College degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service, greeting customers and assessing needs.
• Oversees full store operations including staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives revenue by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts; meets goals.
• Leads by example to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and develops a high-performing team.
• Ensures store compliance with audits and security policies.
• Handles cash, cards, and other payment media; manages registers.
