Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a fast-paced sales floor and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage staffing, performance, inventory, and store operations while delivering on revenue goals.

As a dynamic leader, you will hire and coach a high-performing team, ensure compliance with company policies, and build relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in wireless retail.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time role, ~45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Manages store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Leads by example to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Hires, develops, motivates and manages a high-performing team.
• Maintains store appearance and compliance with policies and audits.
• Manages cash, cards, and payment media; supervises register operations.
• Builds relationships with customers and teammates across channels.
