Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Athens, TX to lead a high-energy store and drive customer engagement in partnership with the T-Mobile brand. You will coach a team, oversee staffing, merchandising, and performance metrics, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes delivering world-class service, achieving revenue goals, and representing the brand at community events while staying compliant with policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and upselling.
• Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with audits and security.
• Manage cash, POS, and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and product displays.
• Set clear team objectives aligned with company goals.
• Represent the brand at community events.
